As always we are thinking of ways to help improve the buyer/seller experience and with this in mind we have installed Google Talk.
Buyers & Sellers will be able to communicate easily and in real time, this will help promote trust and to build relationships leading to a happier shopping experience for both.
You will need to be registered with Google Talk which you can do by clicking here
Sellers do not need to be logged into their Bidlazy account for visitors to chat, they just need to be logged into Google Talk, when a visitor is on a listings page they will be able to see if seller is online and available to talk.
I'm sure we would all love to know the person we are buying from or selling to is there to speak to if we have any queries and hopefully this will help.
We have included this feature to help buyers/sellers and to create a more social online marketplace community and we trust you will use it in the manner for which it was intended, it would not be beneficial to divert your customers to buy elsewhere as you would not be able to build up your feedback on Bidlazy which is what most visitors look at before buying.

Sorry to make the heading look worrying but we thought you'd notice it more! It's all good news really.

We've installed SSL security to encrypt your sensitive information, such as name, passwords, addresses etc. This makes your information almost impossible to steal preventing nasty people and robots from using it for things you wouldn't want them to use it for. You can also rest assured we don't share your information. You can check our privacy policy by clicking here not only does it sound good, we do actually adhere to it!
We've added Site Lock scanning for malware, spam and other horrible internet based nasties you wouldn't want to meet.
In the next few days we'll also be Norton Security Checked and Verified.
We've set up a helpline number so you know where you can contact us if you need to, we appreciate you need to know we are actually real people and are here if you need us. You can also find our registered address on the footer of every page, just so you know we are not trying to hide from you for any reason. We are here to help and to promote our site as an honest, friendly market place and we welcome your feedback.

Buying on the internet requires trust between both parties, you can help provide this as a seller for just a couple of quid. Once registered you can, from within the members area, verify to everyone that you are a genuine seller that has verified themselves through paypal or your other preferred payment gateway. This will also give you your first positive feedback.

Dont forget, you can promote your own auctions pages individually or your shop page. All you need to do is visit the page you wish to share then click on the Twitter or Facebook icons on the page header, login to your twitter or facebook account and add your comment in the pop up box, then click share, now your followers can click on the link you just sent and it will bring them straight to the page from where you sent it..... it's as simple as that,

The good news is you can now import all your listings from ebay onto our site, you will find this option in the members area. Click on the link in the left had column to find instructions on how to carry this out. It's quick and easy and will help you to save money as you can direct your buyers to your listing on Bidlazy where the fees to sell are much lower.
You can now also import your feedback from various sites, this will help to build confidence from new visitors when they see you are a trusted seller on other websites.
